Elizabeth Papenfuss, a local painter, speaks with Radio Gallery about her passion for art within the community. Art for Earth Day Gallery Hop is a great opportunity to celebrate local artists and their work. It begins April 16th and includes venues such as the Duluth Art Institute, Tweed Museum of Art, Blue Lake Gallery, and much more.

Radio Gallery 4-23-2011: Elizabeth Papenfuss
This week on Radio Gallery Papenfuss shares the experiences she has had with the art community in Duluth and explains the importance of staying connected within the community. Papenfuss recently had an exhibit titled Orion's Geometry at Washington Gallery, one of the venues included in Art for Earth Day Gallery Hop.It begins April 16th and in celebration of Earth Day it will include mass transit and free trollies throughout the day. It a great chance to see the work that is created by local artists by showcasing the talent in the Northland.
