Where's Art: Great Artists, Great Arts Community

Having a great art scene means having a community of great artists. One such artist, Pat Joyelle, passed away recently. Pat was the original instigator for the Park Point Art Fair back in the 70s. "[The Park Point Art Fair] is an institution in our community, thanks to Pat," says Annie Dugan

On October 3rd, from 5-7pm, Lizzard's is hosting a reception for the work of Carolyn Olson who continues to explore workers through her pastel and oil pieces. "These are people who make our lives better every day and don't always get that in return," says Dugan. Olson's work began during the pandemic to highlight essential workers.

Additionally, the work of thirty-six artists will be on display for an exhibit titled Eleventh Hour at Zeitgeist, and Jonathan Thunder is hosting a painting workshop series for all skill levels now through December 1st.

You can hear Where's Art every Monday morning at 8:20 on Northland Morning.
