PBS North is teaming up with WGBH in Boston to highlight impactful youths in our country. America's Awesome Kids will ultimately focus on one child from each state that is making an impact in their community.
PBS North is taking submissions from 7-11 year-olds living in the state of Minnesota who can demonstrate that they are making a difference in their community, and that their community has helped form who they are. Submissions are due by November 14th.
Once selected, PBS North will create a short 3-5 minute documentary showcasing the selected kid. Find more about America's Awesome Kids on The North 103.3 FM website. You can also find the submission form on that site.
