It was competitive spirit that brought Bentleyville to life. Decades back, Nathan Bentley was trying to outdo his neighbor's light display - then things got out of hand. Now, Bentleyville has a home at Bayfront Park in Duluth, and Nathan Bentley is busy throughout the year, planning, repairing, and improving one of the nation's largest free holiday light displays.
Nathan knows exterior illumination... but does he know music? For a first album, it was a purchase by his brother - not himself - that he remembers best. As first concerts go, there are only a handful on his list. However, when it comes to a guilty pleasure song, the answer was undeniable. "I know that song... that truly describes me."
