Artists, art historians, and graphic designers will share their art and stories with students and the public at UMD this spring semester as part of the Visual Cultural Lecture Series. The series is held every Tuesday at 6pm in Solon Campus Center 120.
Notable names include Conner Blacksher, a graphic designer who, according to Annie Dugan, is all about "being your authentic self and bringing joy and nonsense into graphic design systems.” He will be speaking on Tuesday, January 30th.
Blacksher will be followed by Johanna Toruño on February 6th. The Salvadorian born, self-taught, visual street artist is known for bringing political street art to a whole new level.

You can hear Where's Art every Monday morning at 8:20 on Northland Morning.
