The Tweed Museum of Art is unveiling a faculty-focused exhibit called Everything and Nothing. "It is a wonderful romp through the creative minds at UMD," says Annie Dugan. The exhibit includes work by artists Joellyn Rock, Jeffrey Kalstrom, and Liz James. With the cooling weather, the schedule at the museum is also changing. "They have some more robust hours these days at the Tweed Museum of Art."
Across the bridge at the University of Wisconsin Superior, the experimental gallery is hosting work from UWS alums. Gary Swanson and Louanne Johnson come together to present found objects art mixed with photography, as well as art born from the natural world. "The two complement each other really well and are a fun way to ignite your imagination," says Dugan.
Additionally, the Nordic Center recently unveiled Seven Summers by Arna Rennan. The exhibition is open now and runs through November 5th.
You can hear Where's Art every Monday morning at 8:20 on Northland Morning.
