After forty years of Chester Creek Concerts the summer series is still going strong. Beginning on June 13th with Rich Mattson and the Northstars, Chester Park plays host to live music every Tuesday evening during the summer. The event is free and family friendly. The series wraps up with Fish Heads on August 15th. "I think they've played about 35 of the 40 years," says Schaeffer of the longstanding bluegrass band.
"We average between 450-500 people a week at this concert series," says Schaeffer. "People should just come out."
