Traxx and Rokkyn Nelson-Kavajecz are siblings who've been performing together since grade school and are now young adults. They joined us in the studio for a session that aired on May 2, 2025, to give us a preview of their performance at the Duluth Homegrown Music Festival, their ninth time performing. We talked about how they've evolved from a band that played rocking covers to writing and releasing their own original music.

Christine is The North 103.3's Music Director, a host of Music Through the Day, and the producer of Live from Studio A. One of her favorite things about her job is the opportunity to share music from the Twin Ports’ many talented local artists. In her spare time she takes full of advantage of Duluth’s outdoors opportunities.
