Katelyn Brinza

Producer of The Local and Host of Northland Afternoon

Katelyn is a dynamic on-air personality and producer at The North 103.3 FM, where she hosts Northland Afternoon and produces the weekly local music spotlight The Local.

Her passion for music began during her college years at the University of Minnesota Duluth. What started as tagging along to a radio meeting turned into a lasting love for broadcasting.

She brings an eclectic taste in music, a candid sense of humor, and an ear for honest storytelling to every show. Whether she’s interviewing local artists, spinning listener favorites, or introducing emerging talent, Katelyn’s voice is a trusted and familiar guide through the Northland’s cultural soundscape.

Outside the studio, she’s been a community fixture supporting events like the Duluth Homegrown Music Festival and dancing in the Minnesota Ballet’s Celebrity Dance Challenge. Katelyn is proud to be part of the Duluth arts community and always eager to share its stories.
