Early in their career, this acclaimed Minnesota duo, featuring brothers Jack Torrey and Page Burkum, drew comparisons to the Everly Brothers with their retro sound and harmonies. Their music has evolved through the years, moving away from strictly traditional country to a more expansive sound backed by drums and electric guitars, but they’ve kept a vintage feel and those amazing harmonies. The duo joined us in the studio on August 18, 2023, with their band to perform songs from their most recent full-length release, 2022's One Day, and we talked about that album plus the EP of Bob Dylan covers they released a few months later. We also talked about their early days as musicians and some of the amazing opportunities, like appearing on Twin Peaks, that have come their way in the last several years.
