Spring has sprung and even a tiny bit of snow can't stop it.

Vegetable expert Tom Kasper says now is the time to start planting some of those vegetable seeds in your seed bank. Plants such as peppers, eggplants, and onions all are ready to be grown. Tomatoes and vine plants may need a little bit more time before planting.

It's also time to care for our lawns as they come out from under the snow. Kasper outlines the best ways to restore your lawn from a muddy mess to a green success.

You can hear Tips for Hardy Gardeners every other Tuesday at 8:20am on Northland Morning.
