There's not too much snow yet, so there is still a chance to wrap the shrubs and trees in your yard to protect them from hungry critters. But otherwise, fall planting is done; the bulbs are in and the ground is frozen. Tom Kasper says now is the time to start dreaming of what to plant next season. Peruse seed catalogs, reflect on your past gardens, and prepare for the spring.
