Where's Art: A Closing of Clothing

Just because Halloween is over, that doesn't mean you have to stop thinking about a costume.

Wardrobes of all kinds are welcome on Thursday from 5-7pm for the closing celebration of Sasha Howell's exhibition Rebel Spectacle in the Kruk Gallery at the University of Wisconsin Superior. "It's very much a retrospective of all of the creative projects and her creative journey," say Annie Dugan. "It has a lot of intersections with the community." Sasha and Daniel Benoit have collaborated during this showing to combine projections and wardrobe to create the visual of an other-worldly being.

Costumes and festive wardrobe will also be on display for the annual All Soul's Night celebration at the Depot.

New exhibitions at the Duluth Art Institute are in abundance this fall. One of the recent openings is Rooted, a lineage of women's craft traditions by Lauren Faherty.

You can hear Where's Art every Monday morning at 8:20 on Northland Morning.
