Everyone has an opportunity to create art - and that certainly rings true at the Duluth Art Institute during their Annual Member Show. On Thursday, May 8th from 5-8pm the DAI will display 250 unique works of art spanning a variety of mediums at their downtown space in Suite 400 of the US Bank Building. One of the highlights is a People's Choice Award that, as Annie Dugan says, "always adds a little drama."

Also in downtown Duluth, Lizzard's Gallery is hosting Embodiment. "It is a who's-who of some of my dearest beloved artist of our community," says Dugan. The visual exhibit focuses on the human form and includes work by Patricia Canelake, Sarah Brokke, Scott Murphy and many more.

And with academic years coming to a close, UMD, UWS, and CSS all have works from students on display.

You can hear Where's Art every Monday morning at 8:20 on Northland Morning.
