This week, local art gets in touch with its wild side.

The St. Louis County Depot and the Lake Superior Zoo have teamed up to bring Fierce Hearts: Art by Animals to the Depot this Tuesday, July 26th from 6-8pm. All of the art was created by animals from the Lake Superior Zoo and can be purchased at the event. Interested in having your pet create some art? Annie Dugan can walk you through the process.

A collaboration between Duluth Parks and Recreation and Northern Exposure Art will take place this Friday at Chambers Grove beginning at 5pm. Painting in the Park participants will be given a canvas on which to create their own sunset painting. Instructor Carly Jandl will guide the group as the sun sets across the St. Louis River. The event will last until sundown. Preregistration is required.
