Radio Gallery: Mine Songs

Sara Pajunen

Sara Pajunen is digging deep into the legacy of the Iron Range for inspiration, from the history the people to the landscapes of today.  Her latest project Mine Songs will culminate in a sonic/music project, based on this ranging investigation.  The public is invited to participate in a tangible way to her discovery of the sound of the Iron Range in her final research workshop at Zeitgeist Arts this week.

If you have been intrigued by the mine pits on the range, the deep mysterious waters and Minnesota's history extraction and mining, join Pajunen on Thursday, January 10, 9-11 p.m. in the Zeitgeist Atrium to share your thoughts.

The Zeitgeist Arts building is located at 222 E Superior Street in downtown Duluth.
