Zoey Leege will be at Blacklist Brewing this Friday, Dec. 21 hosting a reception for her show "Relics" currently on display. Leege is not new to the arts but went all in with painting after taking an Adam Swanson painting class at the Duluth art Institute last year.
Evoking a love for Duluth, "Relics" is not only an homage to the industry relics of our past but also a commentary on the natural and constructed landscape we have inherited.
The art reception which kicks off at 7:30, coincides with music at 8 p.m. by Ingeborg von Agassiz followed by Laura Velvet and the Bookhouse Boys. Ingeborg will also be sharing some of her art, hand-painted Christmas ornaments.
