Eating local is a snap during the summer here in the Northland ... but for most of the months of the year, it's close to impossible unless you've socked away a lot of local produce.
That's just what the Food Farm in Wrenshall is aiming to do - sock away 3.2 servings of vegetables in a root cellar: a really, really big one. Janaki Fisher-Merrit of the Food Farm explains.
