Climate activist Tone Lanzillo has been around long enough to know it's easy to hold a news conference and announce what you plan to do.

Actually getting it done can be something else again.

But Monday, more than a dozen climate and environmental activists held a news conference in response to theIntergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's reportcalling the threat of climate change "code red."

And Duluth residents should see some promised action within a month, as a result.
