Minnesota has reached the public comment phase of its draft Clean Cars Standard.
It aims to adopt Low-Emission Vehicle and Zero-Emission Vehicle air pollution standards.
The public doesn't have to do anything. The action steps are geared toward car makers, not car buyers. And it might even make it a little easier to get an electric car - especially in outstate Minnesota - in the first place.
