After graduating from Hermantown high school, Jace LeGarde was eager to get away from Duluth. However, after college ended and the pandemic began, Jace found a home back in the Twin Ports. Continually active in the local theater scene, you can see Jace as Seymour right now in Little Shop of Horrors at the Duluth Playhouse.
Whether or not it can be tied to an interest in musical theater, Jace's first album required some serious pipes to sign along with. His first live concert experience was a weird one. And his guilty pleasure song is a romantic journey conveyed through phone answering machine messages. "It's really cheesy and bad... that one really speaks to me."
You can hear Back Tracks every Friday at 8am on Northland Morning.
