Long-time theater costumer Sasha Howell is now spending her days at Rebel Threads in Superior, working on alterations, sewing, and providing costuming for all kinds of reasons. Whether for local plays, drag shows, burlesque, the renaissance festival, prom, Halloween, or anything else, Sasha's deep closets and deeper knowledge can provide. Rebel Threads is located at 1401 Tower Ave in Superior, WI (head around back to the basement entrance). More info is available on the Rebel Threads website and through a wide variety of social media.

As a creative force, music has always been a big part of Sasha's life. Her first album purchase was a Grammy-winner that spoke to many youths in their formative years. Her first concert was a hard-rocking show in a conservative area of Iowa. And despite claiming no shame about loving Nickelback, Sasha's guilty pleasure song ties into the part of her that's unabashedly a juggalo. "I could go on a whole soap box."

You can hear Back Tracks every Friday at 8am on Northland Morning.
