On Saturday, January 31st from 2-4pm at the Alhambra Lounge in Duluth, music legend Paul Metsa will celebrate the release of his latest album Songs of Resistance & Resolve. For over five decades, Metsa has been creating music with several different projects and collaborators, including as a member of Cats Under the Stars who just played a fifty-year anniversary show. You can learn more about Paul Metsa, his new album, and the upcoming show on his website.

Paul's first album purchase corresponded with his first date as a third grader - a day that also led him on his lifelong dream of becoming a musician. His first concert included an acclaimed accordion player. And his guilty pleasure song has been a go-to energizer for Paul since the song's release half a century ago. "When I need a little pick me up, forget the coffee."
