Where's Art: Last Chance Exhibits

The end of September is still a few weeks away, which makes now the perfect time to see three exhibitions before they're gone.

At Karpeles Manuscript Museum in Duluth, an exhibit that focuses on Manuscripts and the Monarchy is on display. Benjamin Boyland's work is a part of the exhibition. "What Ben does really well is there is trauma to the paper, there is manipulation of the paper," says Annie Dugan. "He is engaging with the paper in a different way than the manuscripts that are next to it."

Two artists, who were formerly unacquainted, have come together for the current exhibition at Dovetail in Lincoln Park. The exhibition titled These Are Things is a blending of the work of Adam McCauley and Cody Paulson.

Siiviis Gallery is playing host to the 44th anniversary of the Lake Superior Watercolor Society. Views of the Northshore is a collection from many artists that will be on display through September.

In addition to the exhibitions that are closing, Introverted Weirdo Art 3 by Justin Kervina is opening at Pizza Luce. There is an opening celebration on Tuesday, September 9th at 5pm.

You can hear Where's Art every Monday morning at 8:20 on Northland Morning.
