Cats know where it's at - and they've got a penchant for the art world.

This Friday, August 8th from 10am-1pm is Duluth's First Walking Cat Tour. The idea began in the Twin Cities, but is now making its premiere in the Northland. Cat-lovers can gather at Wired Whiskers for a map, before taking a walk to spot cats in windows.

This Saturday, August 9th at 2pm at Spirit of the Lakes Community Arts in Duluth will be a celebration of life for Cecilia Lieder, a local artist who passed away in January. "Lieder was a printmaker, an artist, very much a leader in our visual art community," says Annie Dugan. "Folks are wanting some way to recognize the role that she played."

You can hear Where's Art every Monday morning at 8:20 on Northland Morning.

Luke Moravec is the host for Northland Morning on The North 103.3. He’s also a local actor, musician and writer. He loves puzzles, riddles and fun mysteries.
