There are art spaces to celebrate in the Northland.

Northern Exposure Art, a new shop in the Enger Lofts, will celebrate their grand opening on June 7th, but classes are already underway. Self-taught artist Carly Jandl is the catalyst behind the new space. "What she does with her classes are really delightful and fun," says Annie Dugan about the collaborative approach to painting provided.

From May 30th at 5pm until May 31st at 2pm Siiviis Gallery will be celebrating their golden birthday. Thirty years ago, on May 30th, the gallery first opened their doors. There will be live painting, children's activities, giveaways, and much more to mark the anniversary.

And at Spirit of the Lake Community Arts, Noreen Knight of Nanas Paint Nook will be present on May 31st from 1-3pm to host a painting class focused on creating abstract animal paintings.

You can hear Where's Art every Monday morning at 8:20 on Northland Morning.
