Sarah Brown is a lifelong reader who is currently the store manager at Zenith Bookstore in West Duluth. As an avid reader with a front-row seat on what shoppers are gravitating toward, Brown has a pulse on what was a hit in 2023.
Some of the best-selling Minnesota titles include Smoke on the Waterfront (the compellation cookbook by Northern Waters Smokehous) and A Song Over Miskwaa Rapids by Linda LeGarde Grover. Brown was also pleased with a new release from Tim O'Brien.
In the coming year, Zenith Bookstore will be hosting several author visits, one of the first with writer and comedian Maria Bamford who's new book Sure, I'll Join Your Cult? was released in September of 2023.
