Back Tracks: Three Music Questions with Dr. Arne Vainio

Dr. Arne Vainio has many credits to his name. He is the host of Health Matters on WDSE’s Native Report, he is featured in the Emmy nominated film Walking Into The Unknown, and now the Family Practice Physician for the Fond du Lac Ojibwe Reservation is a guest on Back Tracks.

As far as music goes, Dr. Vainio's first album was not the album he hoped it was, during his first concert he almost got spit on by the demonic bass player, and his guilty pleasure song is a point of contention in his household... and it blew out the speakers of a newly installed sound system. "That subwoofer lasted probably thirty seconds... It was the coolest thing ever."

Back Tracks receives support from Minnesota Power Employees Credit Union.

Luke Moravec is the host for Northland Morning on The North 103.3. He’s also a local actor, musician and writer. He loves puzzles, riddles and fun mysteries.
