Peace Church plays host to Woman-Made: Marvelous Things Made by Northland Women this Saturday from 10am-3pm. It is the 14th year for the event.
Organizer Wendy Grethen sees returning and new artists every year. "Each year it's been different," says Grethen of the artists and their works. "They produce these things locally, many of which are one-of-a-kind items." Notables are some of the wares that have stemmed from reused objects, such as old typewriter keys.
The event will also include live music from the Arrowhead Chorale Summer Chamber Choir - a group made up of ten female performers.
