Annie Dugan lets us know about several snow sculptures that have been created on several sidewalks and parking lots in the Lincoln Park Craft District as part of the Duluth Winter Festival in Lincoln Park. Also, Prøve Gallery has a new mail art project called, "By Return," where people can sign up to receive an artist-designed postcard delivered to their mailbox each month. And MN Artists have now moved under the umbrella of the Walker Art Center and they continue presenting great works of art and art journalism online.
