Radio Gallery 11-09-2011: Ochre Ghost Gallery

Ochre Ghost Gallery is a space for emerging Duluth artists to showcase their work in a fun and unique setting. It was formed by Jessica Liszewski and Calvin Stalvig, and continues to thrive in presenting new art, music, and culture to the community. Sixty artists have been involved since the opening in November 20th, 2010 and these artists have been invited to participate in an installation project at the Duluth Art Institute. This project celebrates one year of the gallery, and all of the people who have been involved. It includes a temporary house structure, sound mixed by Gustaf Ekstrand, a video Sean Elmquist and Nick Sunsdahl, and much more. The exhibit titled "Ochre Ghost: Ab Initio" will be open from November 3rd, 2011 - January 8th, 2012 in the John Steffl Gallery and there will be a Gallery Celebration on November 10th from 5 - 7 p.m. The Duluth Art Institute is located at 506 W Michigan St. Duluth, MN.
