Vanessa Hurst

Hurst, a Digital Art and Photography student at UMD, is presenting an installation piece titled "Glimpse" for her student exhibition as she looks back on all the work she has done at UMD. The inspiration for the title comes from Hurst's unique format of presenting her work, and from they way she reveals a peak into what she thinks as an artist and the kind of work she does. Hurst shares with Radio Gallery the way she constructed a wall with a whole that the viewer must look through in order to see a glimpse into her work, and what she has done as a Digital Art and Photography student at UMD. "Glimpse" will be exhibited at the Tweed Museum of Art, located at 1201 Ordean Court Duluth, MN, until March 6th, 2011.
