This roots music guitarist and vocalist found her way to St. Paul, Minnesota after leaving her native Connecticut for the honky tonks of Texas. The North's Christine Dean talked with her about her long musical career that included an album on Mercury Records in the late '90s and appearances on the Tonight Show and Austin City Limits. These days she's a fixture in the Twin Cities music scene, with two regular bands and a residency at the White Squirrel Bar in St. Paul.
