A native of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, this rootsy singer, songwriter, and guitarist moved to Minnesota in the mid ‘00s and has become a fixture on the Twin Cities music scene. He’s released numerous albums on his own as well as producing and contributing to other musicians’ projects. He joined us in the studio on March 15, 2023; he talked with The North 103.3's Christine Dean about his career, what the pandemic shutdowns were like for him as a musician, and the new album he's working on. He shared two new songs as well as a tune from his most recent release, 2019's Burning the Deal. He will return to Duluth on April 6 to perform as part of AICHO’s One Community-Many Voices-Stop the Silence fundraiser.
