Anne Dugan

Anne Dugan is a passionate advocate for the arts, education, and independent film. She is the host of "Where’s Art?" on The North 103.3 FM, where she highlights local artists, exhibitions, and creative movements across the Duluth area.

She serves as an Instructor at The College of St. Scholastica (since 2017) and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Superior (since 2018), sharing her expertise in art and film with students. Anne is also the Founder and Co-Director of Free Range Films, an initiative dedicated to showcasing independent cinema since 2003.

Previously, she was the Executive and Artistic Director of the Duluth Art Institute, where she led efforts to support regional artists and community engagement in the arts. Additionally, she worked as the NE Regional Coordinator for the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, helping strengthen nonprofit organizations in the region.

Her deep commitment to fostering artistic expression and cultural storytelling continues to shape her work in education, radio, and the nonprofit sector.
