During the warmer summer months, some gardeners like to bring their indoor plants to the outdoors to get them some fresh air and sunlight. This decision also means needing to bring them back inside in the autumn.
The time to bring houseplants back in is now. According to Tom Kasper, preparing to bring your plants in can be a process, so getting a leg up before the first frost will be important.
Steps to be taken include ensuring that your plant is free from insects by applying one of a variety of natural products. Also remember that once your plant is inside, watering habits will change. A plant that needed water every few days while outside might only need watering every 10 days once inside.
