Tips for Hardy Gardeners: Despite spring's slow start, there is still plenty to do

Yes, winter does seem to be lasting too long.  Nonetheless, hardy gardeners can find plenty to do, such as continuing to clean up the yards and gardens after winter, pruning bushes, and planting early vegetables like peas and spinach.  Spring will eventually arrive in full bloom, and your garden and yard will thank you for it.
