Naturalist, author and educator Larry Weber, always a keen observer of what is, acknowledges an important anniversary.  

82 years ago today, July 13, 1936, Duluth recorded its hottest temperature ever: 106 degrees Fahrenheit.  What's more, this was down by the lake, not up on the hill!   

Chris Harwood is the former Production Director/Program Director of The North 103.3, and the host of Soul Village. He is also a musician, a music historian, an audio engineer, and an avid record collector.
