This Friday, the Duluth Grill is unveiling an overhaul of the art in their space. "The Duluth Grill has always been just this anchor in the idea of collecting art locally for businesses," says Annie Dugan. On June 12th from 6-9pm, folks are welcome to stop by the Duluth Grill to enjoy the new look and to chat with artists. While you're in the area, you can also stop into the adjacently located Minnesconsin Gallery and Gifts, also started by the Duluth Grill family.

At Zeitgeist in downtown Duluth on Saturday, June 13th is an all-day workshop from 9:30am-3:30pm. Telling Tales in the Digital, Visual, & Media Arts Classroom is an opportunity for a hands-on art experience. "This is specifically designed for educators looking to bring creative media projects into the classroom," says Dugan. The event will open with some guidance from local artist Jonathan Thunder. More information about registration can be found online.

And this week, Annie continues her summer book recommendations with the novel Theo of Golden by Allen Levi.

You can hear Where's Art every Monday morning at 8:20 on Northland Morning.
