Nerdiness and Halloween have a certain connectivity. That connection will be on full display on Thursday, October 23rd at 7pm at Studio 4 in the Depot for Nerd Fright, the Halloween edition of Nerd Nite.
"If you're into spooky season, this is gonna be great," says Nerd Nite organizer Alison Moffat. "I am gonna learn a lot at this Nerd Nite." Tonight's event will include three seasonal presentations covering horror and wrestling, masks of horror, and the work of H.P. Lovecraft. Each 15-minute presentation will be followed by a Q&A. A candy-based game and door prizes will also be a part of the evening's events.
Doors open at 6:30pm and the show begins at 7pm. For over a decade, the price of admission for Nerd Nite has not changed; still just $5 at the door and a willingness to have a good time.
You can hear Community Connection every Tuesday and Thursday at 8am on Northland Morning.
