Back Tracks: Three Music Questions with Alyson Enderle

A waitress holding a pie
Duluth Playhouse

Theater Artist Alyson Enderle has become a mainstay in the Duluth theater scene. This weekend, she'll take the stage as expert piemaker, Jenna, in the Duluth Playhouse production of Waitress. The show runs July 11th-27th. Tickets can be purchased through the Duluth Playhouse website.

On one particular trip to the orthodontist, Alyson made her first album purchase - an album that has strong ties to the show in which she's currently performing. Her first concert (beyond Mankato's Ribfest) involved an out of state trip for an existential, large-venue experience. And for a guilty pleasure song, Alyson leans toward an 80s classic. "It is just this weird slow jam; you can kind of dance to it."

Back Tracks receives support from Minnesota Power Employees Credit Union. You can hear Back Tracks every Friday at 8am on Northland Morning.
