Zach Slocum in Sundown on the Jasper County Jewel

If you missed any of the many stagings of Sundown on the Jasper County Jewel, there will be one more chance on April 26th at Denfeld High School. In this production by BOLD-Choice Theatre, you'll see Zach Slocum in the tender-hearted role of Lonesome Connie. Zach is a veteran of the stage, but this is his first foray into the world of musical theater.

Although Zach can now add "singer" to his resume, he doesn't consider himself much of a dancer - unless you play one of the first songs he ever really got into. Without many live music experiences to speak of, Zach tagged in BOLD-Choice Theatre Director Annie Roseen to talk about her first live concert. However, Zach does have a go-to guilty pleasure song, which takes us to a galaxy far, far away.
