The 62nd Arrowhead Regional Biennial opens next week at the Duluth Art Institute. This is a juried exhibition, opening with a reception on Thursday, Jan. 24 from 5-7 p.m. In addition to annoucements of the biennial prize winners and the DAI will also be celebrating it's annual member show.
This year’s biennial juror is an award winning artist, Jehra Patrick. She has been an active member of the Minnesota arts community in a substantial way working with the Walker Arts Center, MNartist.org and currently serves as director and curator for Law Warschaw Gallery at Macalester College. She joins us on Radio Gallery to talk about the juror experience.
Arrowhead Regional Biennial is on display at the Duluth Art Institute from Thursday Jan. 17 - April 15 with a reception on Thursday, Jan. 24 from 5-7 p.m. The member show is up through February.
