Radio Gallery revisits it's time with Cheng-Khee Chee, a leader in water-medium who's work is on display at the UMD Tweed Museum of Art in "The Way of Cheng-KheeChee - Paintings 1974 to 2014."  This retrospective show was curated by Peter Spooner which also includes a 72 page published catalog.  The Tweed hosts Spooner for a gallery talk on Sunday August 23, from 2 to 4 pm and a closing reception on September 17, 6-8 p.m.  Check out his work and the Tweed's schedule of exhibit events here:

Maija Jenson
Former Program Director, Maija Jenson teaches journalism in the Department of Communication at UMD and was a part of KUMD 2008-2019. She hosted a weekly arts program "Radio Gallery." She shares a lifetime of public radio listening, degrees in journalism and art and 20 years of public radio experience with KFAI, WHA, WSUM and KUMD.
