Her first novel, These Granite Islands has been translated into eight languages and was short-listed for France's prestigious Grand Prix de lectrices d'Elle. Her second novel The Ice Chorus has been re-issued in paperback by Alma Books of England, distributing it in English language markets wordwide.

Sarah Stonich will be presenting readings of her work throughout the Arrowhead Library System over the next few weeks, including a reading Monday May 13th at 6:00pm at the Duluth Public Library.
