Longtime Duluth musicians Kyle Orla (formerly Ollah), Clancy Ward, and Jen Krussow played together casually through the years before making it official and forming The Field Birds last year. The guitar, fiddle, and bass trio play traditional, old time folk tunes along with originals, and released a Christmas song on Bandcamp in 2021. They joined us in the studio on May 6, 2022 to give us a preview of their performance on May 8, the last day of the Homegrown Music Festival, at Canal Park Brewing
