Forever Home: June 26, 2019

Boe is a black Labrador Retriever who is 4 years old. Boe is an exceptionally playful and friendly pup who enjoys spending his days curled up next to humans or chasing after a tennis ball. Boe loves going for walks and is ready to go on tons of adventures with his new family. 

Lilly is a calico domestic short hair who is 5 years old. Lilly is an outgoing girl who can be in a little nervous in new situations, but once she has the chance to warm up she open up to be a friendly gal! Her previous owners said Lilly likes dogs and playing with toys and that she would prefer to go to quiet home. 

Mariah Carey is a tabby domestic short hair who is 2 years old. Mariah Carey is a friendly and playful girl who is still getting used to her new environment. She would love a new family that will give her lots of love and patience as she settles in to her new home. 

Ash is a tan American Shelter Dog who is 1 year old. Ash is an energetic and friendly guy who would spend all day playing fetch if you'd let him. This smart pup comes with 2 free months of professional dog training, and is looking for an owner who will continue working with him!

Lisa Johnson started her broadcast career anchoring the television news at her high school and spinning country music at KWWK/KOLM Radio in Rochester, Minnesota. She was a reporter and news anchor at KTHI in Fargo, ND (not to mention the host of a children's program called "Lisa's Lane") and a radio reporter and anchor in Moorhead, Bismarck, Wahpeton and Fergus Falls.Since 1991, she has hosted Northland Morning on KUMD. One of the best parts of her job includes "paying it forward" by mentoring upcoming journalists and broadcasters on the student news team that helps produce Northland Morning. She also loves introducing the different people she meets in her job to one another, helping to forge new "community connections" and partnerships.Lisa has amassed a book collection weighing over two tons, and she enjoys reading, photography, volunteering with Animal Allies Humane Society and fantasizing about farmland. She goes to bed at 8pm, long before her daughter, two cats, or three dogs.
