Gina

Gina is a grey and white American Staffordshire Terrier who is 5 years old. She came to Animal Allies as a transfer from a different shelter and is now looking for her new loving home! This sweet girl can take a little time to warm up to new people, but once she does she is very friendly and loves going for walks. This sweetheart will make a wonderful pal for someone who likes to explore during the day, and snuggle at night. Because she loves her undivided attention so much, she would like to be the only dog in the home.

Fina

Fina is a black Domestic Short Hair who is 1 year old. She came to Animal Allies as a stray and is now looking for her new loving home! Fina is a lover, but very particular! She loves to lay on her back and be scratched all over, but prefers not to be picked up! She also loves to play by chasing toys around!

Blair

Blair is a brown tabby Domestic Short Hair who is 1 year old. She came to Animal Allies as a stray and is now looking for her new loving home! Blair is a very independent girl! She loves to crawl up to high spaces, and observe everything going on around her. She would love a relaxed home, that lets her do her own thing!

Thunder

Thunder is a fawn and white American Shelter Dog who is 7 years old. He came to Animal Allies from a previous home and is now looking for his new loving home! Thunder can be a little shy when it comes to meeting new people, but once he warms up you'll quickly see his loving personality. This big guy enjoys snuggling on his persons lap, playing fetch, and going for walks. Thunder also knows the commands for sit, shake, lay down, and roll over. Thunder is looking for a home with no other dogs so he can hog all of your attention!

All pets are available to visit atAnimal Allies Humane Society.

Lisa Johnson started her broadcast career anchoring the television news at her high school and spinning country music at KWWK/KOLM Radio in Rochester, Minnesota. She was a reporter and news anchor at KTHI in Fargo, ND (not to mention the host of a children's program called "Lisa's Lane") and a radio reporter and anchor in Moorhead, Bismarck, Wahpeton and Fergus Falls.Since 1991, she has hosted Northland Morning on KUMD. One of the best parts of her job includes "paying it forward" by mentoring upcoming journalists and broadcasters on the student news team that helps produce Northland Morning. She also loves introducing the different people she meets in her job to one another, helping to forge new "community connections" and partnerships.Lisa has amassed a book collection weighing over two tons, and she enjoys reading, photography, volunteering with Animal Allies Humane Society and fantasizing about farmland. She goes to bed at 8pm, long before her daughter, two cats, or three dogs.
