Ziggy is a 4 year old Great Pyrenees mix. He was given up by his owner because Ziggy isn't meant to be an apartment dog! He is a big boy who needs room , he was bred to roam with and protect the herd.

Rosco is a black and tan Shepherd mix who is 1 year old. He came to us as a transfer from a different shelter and is now looking for his new loving home! Rosco is a curious fellow who frequently desires a fun adventure. Time running around outside is most certainly one of his favorite things!

Murphy is a grey and white domestic medium hair who is 9 years old. He came to us from a previous home and is now looking for his new loving home! Murphy loves people and attention! He is a smart guy with a strong skill set in opening cupboards and sneaking food.

Zenith is a grey and white Domestic Short Hair who is 4 months old. She came to us as a stray from St. Louis County and is now looking for her new loving home! Zenith is a beautiful cat. She is also quite timid and will likely need some time to warm up to her new people. She appreciates your interest and patience:)

Lisa Johnson started her broadcast career anchoring the television news at her high school and spinning country music at KWWK/KOLM Radio in Rochester, Minnesota. She was a reporter and news anchor at KTHI in Fargo, ND (not to mention the host of a children's program called "Lisa's Lane") and a radio reporter and anchor in Moorhead, Bismarck, Wahpeton and Fergus Falls.Since 1991, she has hosted Northland Morning on KUMD. One of the best parts of her job includes "paying it forward" by mentoring upcoming journalists and broadcasters on the student news team that helps produce Northland Morning. She also loves introducing the different people she meets in her job to one another, helping to forge new "community connections" and partnerships.Lisa has amassed a book collection weighing over two tons, and she enjoys reading, photography, volunteering with Animal Allies Humane Society and fantasizing about farmland. She goes to bed at 8pm, long before her daughter, two cats, or three dogs.
