The KUMD Monthly Concert Series is going out with a bang on Friday, September 23rd with Black Market Brass and Big Wave Dave and The Ripples at the Red Herring Lounge. Black Market Brass makes it's way up from Minneapolis to give us a taste of their cool, deep funk Afrobeat grooves. They've been on the rise since 2012 and are releasing their recently recorded full length LP at The Red Herring Friday night. They're joined by the groove-tastic local band, Big Wave Dave and The Ripples for what's going to be a fantastic show.
Despite hailing from the arctic tundra of Minneapolis, Black Market Brass sizzles with an eclectic blend of cool, deep funk and driving Afrobeat grooves that will lure you to the dance floor and never let you leave.
